About me and my work
Hey there, I'm SANNA and I take pictures. That’s what I do. I live in the beautiful countryside around Lake Tegernsee in South Germany. Here on my site, you can get an idea of how I work and whether you might like my pictures to work for you. As a contemporary wedding and portrait photographer, I've received several national and international awards, and my work has featured in diverse publications. If the pictures move you, that’s probably the best place to start a common journey. I'm shooting mostly in European countries, so feel free to contact me as your wedding photographer in Italy.
How I shoot Portraits
Portrait and couple shootings are at the heart of my work. "Pure" portrait sessions enable us the versatility and individuality of diverse locations, to work with the manifold different possibilities and accents of external lighting. For portrait shootings the price is fixed, irrespective of the time it takes.
How I Shoot weddings
Wedding photography is a combination of documentary and portrait photography. Telling your story on your wedding day, that's the mission. The story of a day filled with many different moments—both epic and small—just because of you two. My job is to sense these moments of wonderful emotion and draw them out through my photographic style.

Each couple has their own energy and an individual rhythm. That's exactly what I want to show in my pictures.

Behind the scenes
The best place to be...
I love spending time in the great outdoors here at Lake Tegernsee/South Germany, where I live. Of all the endless sporting possibilities we have here, I enjoy swimming the most (and I am addicted to swimming suits and all the other stuff, you know ;-). Recently, my family and I discovered a passion for winter swimming in the lake. I never used to be able to imagine the fierce, embracing cold—sometimes below 3°C—or that I might get used to it (for a short time). The water is incredibly clear; the feeling of swimming out into the blue with the ground fading away beneath you as you float off shore is just fantastic.
So you know where to find me when I’m not taking pictures ;-).
My love for photography developed early and I followed the call. My journey led me to study fine arts in Venice at the Accademia di belle arti di Venezia/Italy, with a one-year scholarship in Madrid, Spain.
